I couldn’t open the exact Musical Mondays No 2: Telemann and Baroque Ornamentation post from Orchestrana.org, but generally this topic is about how Baroque music uses ornamentation like little added notes and flourishes to decorate melodies and make the sound richer and more expressive, which was a big part of composers like Telemann’s style in the 17th and 18th centuries.
